A terrace from heaven

Some time ago I went with some friends to an amusement park close by the dorm.

This isn't about the amusement park though but rather a sign I saw there.

One of my many promises to myself have been that whenever I get my own place I would want a balcony. But after seeing this I guess I could manage with a terrace instead... as long as it was this kind of terrace :D
