God is being sued

Upon reading my daily dose of blogs I stumbled across this piece of news http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20827350/.

A US senator is suing God to prove that the American legal system has become so absurd that anyone can sue anyone.

Wonder if any judge is gonna take this serious!?! Though it would be interesting to see the outcome.
