A grand idea!
Returning from the US I have once again fallen into my old habits of working and being busy all the time. I'm already starting to look forward to my summer vacation, even though I like what I'm doing.
Tonight I read an article which gave me an idea. I realized that one of the reasons why I am feeling stressed out is because I'm always "connected" in one way or another. So to to confront that and hopefully get less stressed out I'll be planning "Disconnected". It will be a couple of days - maybe even an entire week - where I won't check my email, chat, surf the internet, play computer use my mobile phone and such. This means I will only have predetermined engagements, which should be very nice.
I realize the irony in actually using a connected media to relay this message, but on the other hand how else am I supposed to get it out ;)
So after this I'd better get to bed again.

The idea sounds interesting, but am I the only one having trouble seeing Esben going a whole week (or even a few days) without e-mail, cell-phone, chat etc.?
So, what does a friendly roommate/friend do in a situation like this?
Encourage and support? No, ofcourse not!
The first thing that went through my head when I read this was something along the lines of "wonder what the odds are on Esben actually doing this - and who will take my bet". So if you also feel like placing bets on Esbens life, contact me, we might be able work something out.
